Message: Poor customer service the last time I went. Only one of the young folks working there seemed to be interested in helping customers. Nothing like when John or there others who worked there for a while. Those guys would leave the counters and show you the stuff you are looking for, but these new guys would not leave the counters unless they were called to help load something. My wife and myself eventually found what we needed. The cashier was no speechless when I brought up the lack of customer service. Those " helpful" hardware folks were not very helpful.

Message: The first man i asked for help wasn't helpful at all i asked his opinion on an item or what he'd recommend he just shrugged and said isle 6 the second person i asked for help didn't know exactly what i would need but he went above and beyond to help me that seems to be how it is every time i go there it's about 50/50 on how the help will be but when it's good service it's great they almost always have what i need and if by chance they don't they know exactly where i can find it and they're not afraid to send business somewhere else if it's better for the customer. I really really appreciate that.
