The guy who was scheduled to come out was running behind because his other appointments ran over and she texted me right away to let me know and ask if we could reschedule. The guy who came out for our appointment was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the model of fireplace that we have and did a thorough check of everything before he fixed anything. He was able to fix our problem quickly and was very polite and courteous.
